Positions

There are a few different positions that make it easier to pleasure the prostate, depending on whether you’re on your own or with a partner.

Solo Exploration

It can be a bit tricky to reach your own prostate, depending on how long your arms are and how flexible your wrists are. Try lying on your back with a pillow under your hips and another under your head and upper back. That puts your spine in a C-curve and makes it a little easier. Reach between your legs to reach your anus. Your index or middle finger will probably work best.

You can also stand, with one foot on a chair. In this position, you can reach down the front fairly easily. If your thumbs are long enough, you can also try reaching from behind.

If neither of those works for you, you may need a toy to give your prostate a little self-attention.

With a Partner

Prostate pleasure is definitely easier for lots of people when they do it with a partner and there are more positions that work well.

The same C-curve is an excellent position since he can relax into it, which makes anal penetration much easier. It also leaves your other hand free for touching his penis, or anything else you might enjoy.

Face down is another fun position, whether he’s on his hands and knees or his elbows and knees. Or have him stand on the floor, bent over the end of the bed or a table, while you stand behind him.

If you want to really make his knees weak, have him stand and lean against a wall. You can give him oral sex while massaging his prostate. Just make sure he has something to hold on to!
